I took my computer in a trip and when i unpacked it didn't work. The motherboard leds indicate that the CPU is fuly loaded. The graphic cards fan spin and the screen recives not. The computer never enters windows, because the fans power up to 100% and I can cleary hear it. I have tested the monítorl, and it works, and i have tested the computer with another working graphics card, and it gives off the same error.
Motherbard not working, graphic card not outputing.

maybe the computer fell on the trip and some parts moved i know it's almost impossible
try taking off the ram cleaning then putting only one in the slot
if that didn't work try taking the GPU out and using the built in graphic card (if founded)
try cleaning the pci x16 with a tooth brush
if nothing works try to take the cpu off give it a blow
look for dent wires and get it back in
