Has anyone had any experience with VTECHSQUAD? I recently had a lightning strike which damaged 2 of my computers.i determined that the hard drives were damaged. I replaced one of them & loaded windows 7 which worked fine but After several days the auto activation said I could not activate on 2 machines??? I Google'd the Microsoft support number and thought I was calling Microsoft for support but somehow got these guys. They assured me that they represented Microsoft! .After explaining my problem they said they could help. I have Norton 360 and had just completed a full system scan. They took control of my machine & showed me all of the services that were disabled! He pulled up Norton & every thing was in RED. I was told that my computer had been hacked? Then they said they could clean & protect it for only $199.00?? seems like a scam to me?? especially since everything was fine before the call. Any thoughts?
