I need better fans

So I have the H100i w/ stock fans and I have decided that it sounds like jet plane. So what are the best 120mm fans with the highest CFM/Static Pressure and with the lowest noise?
PS: I would like to not spend like $25 per individual fan or the like.

For me, no increase or drop in temps at all. They are performing exactly the same as the supplied fans but no jet engine noises. These are my findings, others may have different experiences so best to have a little look on the forums and other reviews before making a decision. But I am extremely happy with mine.

I got two SP120 Quiet Editions for my H80i, work a treat and the two pack is a good price.

You say that but I have noticed a dramatic decrease in noise from the Quiet Editions compared to the SP120L's. I have no idea what's wrong with the L's but they are poor.

Well the Performance editions produce more static pressure so I have read but having never owned them (only the Quiets) I cant personally offer you a comparison. I'm sure there are videos on youtube and reviews between the two.
