Rapid Continuous Beeps on Startup

Hey everyone I have a very strange problem...My computer during boot up will make several(over 20) rapid short beeps and then shut itself off. It happened occasionally but now I feel as though its getting more frequent. Can you help me out?

* I tried other threads but none of them have a set solution and Im only 15 so I dont want to screw around with my machine and be left without a computer.(no money! :) )

How old is your PC? Did you build it? If so, what are the parts? If not, what brand and model is it?
Reseat your RAM and graphics card and see if that makes a difference. Does the CPU fan come on when you turn it on?
If it is more than a few years old, it may need a new CMOS battery. This is typically (but not always) a CR2032 lithium coin cell on the motherboard. They are readily available in discount stores (e.g. Wal-Mart), do-it-yourself stores (e.g. Home Depot) and office supply stores (e.g. OfficeMax).

PC is about a year old from cyberpower pc.
-Intel Core i5-3450
-Board: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B75M-D3H
- AMD Radeon HD 6670
Ill try the Keyboard thing too phantom
