So I'm really scared because I think someone got my MAC adress and I heard that he can pretty well mess up everything.I was able to change my MAC adress but what I don't get is this:
Why do I have 2 MAC adresses?
Which have I changed?
Am I free from harm?

Somebody having your mac address is NOT a big deal. It is like saying somebody else drinks the same beer as you and you should be worried. No you shouldn't.

The possibility that somebody else has your mac address is little to supposed to be non existant, but it could happen. You can also manually change your mac address to something else software wise.
It doesn't do harm.

But a friend of mine told me that he got access to some of my accounts, like Yahoo Email and Steam, which really did get access!

A laptop computer will have 2 mac addresses.

A Mac address is for each network device like LAN or WLAN devices. So in a laptop there are 2, 1 for LAN, 2nd for WLAN.

To identify the original MAC addresses on a device, most computers like laptops have the MAC on the bottom of the laptop. Your desktop mac address should be in the BIOS in some cases under system summary screen.

This is all a bunch of crap talk from people that have no networking background. This is the basic basic stuff people are taught about what is layer 2 and what is layer 3.

A MAC address will NEVER cross a router. That is what makes a router a router. Anyone upstream from you will only see the mac addresses of the routers acting as their gateway back to the IP addresses.
