It depends on what you plan of using it for but there are definitely some problems.

First you are getting a i7 4820K which use the LGA 2011 socket but your mobo has a LGA 1150 socket. I would recommend getting a i7 4770K or a i5 4670K which both use the LGA 1150 socket and in the case of the i5 it is also much cheaper.

Secondly you are buying both a sound card and a wireless adapter. The Maximus formula has both of these and in the case of the adapter you would see no improvement it getting it. With the sound card the formula has a integrated sound card which looks to be about as good as the Xonar D2X but you might see a few small improvements in sound quality. I don't think it is worth the extra money for the sound card.

And lastly I would swap out the Hybrid drive and get a SSD as you can find one with 160GB - 250GB for about the same price as your hybrid drive and SSDs are much faster and reliable.
