My PC suddenly started to shutdown, i tried replacing all of the components with my friend's ones and they were all working except i didnt try and replace a motherboard, since the motherboard had a guarantee i sent it to the shop where i bought all of my pieces, they sent me a new motherboard.

After I got all my components back together, I turned my PC on and it worked just fine, untill it froze, stood like that for like 2 seconds and then it reset. I thought the power supply might be low, so i borrowed a friends 600W power supply (I had a 420W one) and it still restarted randomly. It happens when i play videogames, watch video, or just casually surf the internet. Since it wasn't that i thought maybe the processor was overheating, and I tried replacing the thermal paste (Since i did a lot of disassembling and it got almost all of). So at that point I was using the 600W power supply and had the new thermal paste, ithought it would be fine. It still restarted from time to time. So i just gave up and put back my 420W power supply.

At the end i noticed that sometimes when it freezes it has a loud annoying sound, kinda like the TV w/o signal but louder, then it restarts. And sometimes when it restarts it is hot and sometimes it is cold....I dont know what to do or what might be the problem, please help
