Possible power supply issue

I got a black friday deal on a gaming pc. Installed BF4 and Batman Arkham City, I can play just fine, I get about 20 minutes in, and my temps are relatively normal. ~50 C on CPU, and ~72 on GPU. Computer steadily gets noisier and it gets to a point that makes me worried, and suddenly the computer has shut off and restarts. I am 95% sure the noise is coming from the power supply, a LEPA N Series N500-SA 500W ATX12V.

i5- 4570 is the processor, and the GPU is a nvidia 760 GTX.

Sound only comes during gaming. Is it likely a dud, (i've researched and heard it's not very good, but some people swear by this thing) or any tips for me? Like is it maybe overheating? I'm running everything stock, no overclocks.

Edit: I'm almost certain it's the powersupply, but I'm also not sure if it's strong enough to handle these components.

the GTX760 has a moderated max TDP of 170W and - 30A and a 500W PSU minimum, LEPA is not so good, but not too bad either taking into account all N series from LEPA are made by Channel well:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-oem-manufacturer,2913-7.html, may be you just get a faulty unit. However, I recommend you a better branded certified 500W-600W PSU, something like Seasonic,XFX,Corsair,Antec.
