Not sure about OEM

So I'm building my first computer (really excited) but I'm not sure about exactly what an OEM hard drive is, really what I want to know is will I need to purchase any extra things (Sata Cable, Power connector etc.)

OEM products usually only come with the component and in a generic box nothing else. So no cables drivers and such. Most likely you will need a SATA cable. the power cable should already be part of your PSU.

An OEM drive is just that. Only the drive. No cables, no directions, plain brown box.

For a SATA data cable, Look to Monoprice. The power cable(s) come directly off your PSU.

Also would I need any screws or something of the sorts as well as a hard drive case?

Yes that is the right cable. Your case will come with whatever mounting hardware you need. A lot of newer ones are screwless.
