The RAM will fit but you will most likely not be able tp add more RAM. I suggest getting some low profile RAM, something like a corsair vengeance LP. If you already purchased the RAM and the cooler you have to be prepared to not upgrade ur ram further except if you buy LP RAM the next time u upgrade ur RAM.

That's what I thought. I've just cancelled the order with Amazon and replaced it with LP.
