Cant install intel HD 4000 on WIndows 8.1

Whenever I try to install the drivers, or right click and run as admin, I always get this;

'Your computer does not meet the requirements'

Anyone else have this problem?

I built it myself. I mean I updated everything else just fine, and have played games already, I just want that driver so I can have this luvid mvp thing working.

Also when I go to display adapters in devices, only my GTX 660 shows. So it's not like I can do a clean 'unistall' on this hd 4000

Oh, well that's because you're using the PCI-E graphics. You may be able to configure the setting in your BIOS that will utilize the integrated video instead of the video card, but why would you want to? Is there a reason you want to update the integrated graphics if you're not using them?

Adaptive vsync is a nvidia technology and is set in the nvidia control panel. Did you confuse it with virtual vsync? Also virtu is not for extra fps. It's for increasing responsiveness but it stutters. Not to mention there are too many bugs for hyperformance. Don't waste your time.
