Yup :p
i have the same spec and i run BF4 on ultra in SP (i had to disable AA to get 45~65 fps or you can OC), 2nd thing - you have a slightly better GPU.

The bad part is that in MP sometimes there are fps drops due to the huge amount of data been processed (less players = more fps)

NOTE: If the PC is mainly for Gaming - Get the best GPU you can, as for CPU, as much as it seems that future games will use more then 4 cores, nowadays the i5 3*** series or newer are slightly batter then the AMD's 8*** series when it comes to gaming.

EDIT: and as TechnoD said.. i do run a single monitor in 1080p

This one depends on the server:
* In a big open map (nature effects) + 64 players while been in a fight - 25 ~ 35 fps
* In maps with building's + 64 players while been in a fight - 30 ~ 50 fps
* all maps with up to 32 players - 35 ~ 75 fps (Depending on the map)

All of this is based on my experience with my own rig while playing with stock clock's, OC might increase performance up to 20% (mine did by 17% - 24% :) )

EDIT: im currently playing with my GPU at 1110Mhz (from 850Mhz) + the AMD 8350 at 4.4 Ghz + High settings = 50 ~ 60 fps at least :p
