I recently purchased a new msi gs70 laptop and whenever i try to download starcraft it tells me to check my internet connnection even though my internet is working fine. I tried playing league of legends and it worked completely fine without any issues, Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Are you trying to legitimately download the games? We cannot help you if you are asking for help with non licensed software.

You can download starcraft straight from blizzard without requiring a cd its like 4-5gigs or something. But I think its still better thanthe CD's. Now I don't know about all that illegal stuff I was just going through some basic trouble shooting.
I'm actually having this problem with other programs. I've tried to download spotify, xsplit and they also did the same thing. It says that the installer was unable to connect to the internet please make sure that the computer is connected to the internet and that no firewall is blocking the connection and try again
