How do i check stability for CPU?

Hi there i overclocked my CPU but i need to do a stability check is there any programs out there to do a stability check for the CPU?

if the cpu is at say... 75-80 now, during a sunny day it will reach it's thermal threshold an start to malfunction (first it will decrease the speed it runs at or at worse it will cause a bsod or restart)

If you really want to do a thorough stability check, you should run several. Prime95 is a popular one, but there's also AIDA64, SuperPi/HyperPi, IBT (Intel Burn Test, I don't know how well it works for AMD cpus), and probably others you can find by searching.

I want to use prime95 but how do i use it???? Its just a fir -_- how can i tell if its stable it just keeps going on forever ???

and core temp can tell u if stable if the temp is down right or does temperature do nothing for stability?

Look im a new dude at this how do i knkw if its stable from prime95 ??? I have no idea what cumputes are what do i have to do as well ??! Please and thank you :)
