Ok guys, here's a doozy. For the past couple of weeks my computer will occasionally freeze or I'll shut it down and when I boot it up it will give me the error "Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer Unexpected I/O error has occurred. Status 0xc00000e9"
Restarting won't fix it, but I can run the Windows Repair from the Windows 7 disc and after a half hour of auto repairing it'll boot fine and the computer wont give me any problems for a week or so and then it will do it again. I haven't installed anything recently to cause it, there doesn't appear to be any association with any kind of updates, and I can't duplicate it, it just seems random. I thought maybe it could be a hard drive failure but all scan disks are coming back perfect, no errors at all, and I've had no other problems. Please help! I can't keep doing this! There's got to be something corrupting the startup, but I have NO idea where to start looking. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
