I currently have a p6510y HP desktop with a GTX 650-ti installed, which, because I haven't upgraded the power supply, is just a little unstable. Right now I'm considering upgrading to a 500W power supply, but I'm not sure what factors I should consider. Do I need a better fan? More plugs to make sure I can plug everything in? Any help is welcome.

get an xfx pro 550 watt, a seasonic 520 watt or a corsair cx 600 watt, whichever is cheaper.
