Hi everyone im ucci from the philippines, I'm looking to buy a R9 280x GPU tomorrow, I would like to ask your honest opinion on only these two specific GPU's (no other models)

Here in the Philippines it will be on sale like from $322 (converted) to $280 (converted) Believe me I think its a great buy but im really confused to what ill be getting.

HIS is a very good company, there only downside is RMA's take a while, but they do happen. I also think they have some of the best coolers for noise and temperatures. My HIS hd 7770 ran at 1300/1500 and maxed at 75c and was silent.
