GPU Upgraded: Should I Uninstall Old Drivers? If So, How?

Hey guys, so as the title says, I recently bought a EVGA OC GTX 780, to replace my aging GTX 460. I remember reading somewhere its recommended to delete old drivers from the old card before installing new ones for the new card. If you recommend this as well, how do you go about doing that? I have an idea how to, but it may seem barbaric to some tech guys :D

Additionally, I know this next question has nothing to do with Graphics & Displays but I figured I'd ask it in this thread rather than make a new one. I also bought a new tower (Zalman Z11 Plus) to replace my Antec Sonata II. For some reason, one of the fans (or more) in my Antec are really loud, almost sounding like a lawn mower at times even when not in use. I clean the tower and my desk (which gets SO dusty). Just after I clean it, it sounds perfect. Then a few days later, it'd revert back to its lawn mower stage. At this point I don't think it's a dust issue, but more of a space/air issue. The center of my desk goes inward, to allow for more space. My tower is sitting to the right of me, and inward. So the fan in the back, along with the PSU fan collects/releases heat that's back there, which I think prevents any "fresh" air from reaching the MB, GPU, and CPU. Someone thought it may be the CPU fan making the noise as well. I haven't checked into it, since I figured I'd buy a new tower that has twice as many fans than this one.

Solution
always try without uninstall. if everything is fine no reason to bother.

if there are any issues, uninstall and get the latest drivers after that.

Hmm okay, that sounds good. I'll do that then.

Also, could anyone give me insight as to my other question? If not it's completely fine, I can go ahead and make another post in the appropriate topic.
