System shutting down with new GPU

I just bought a new 4gb Gtx770, and a Corsair CX750, and my computer keeps shutting down right as windows starts to boot. It will repeat this several times until windows goes into recovery mode and restarts. Then, it's fine until I try to change the graphics settings in-game. I'm fairly sure it's not my psu because it's able to support the 770.
I have a Gigabyte 970A-UD3 for my motherboard.

Did you do a fresh driver install when you installed the 770?
