So i have to connect my 2 case fans in my NXZT H230 to the PSU ( Corsair CX600m) molex cord. But at the end of that cord there is a 4 pin fan connector that can plug into my motherboard (Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+). Should i plug that into my Mobo or no?

More about : pin fan cord end psu molex

If your fans have a 4pin motherboard cable I would connect them to the board, this way the system can monitor them.
However with the molex they run at full speed (Which is the best cooling)

They do not reach the connectors (cable size wise) so i have to use the molex cord, but the molex cord has a 4pin connector at the end of it. Idk what that is for, it looks like it fits in a 4 pin fan plug.

I had the CX500 and those are peripheral cables, specifically floppy disk drives. So they wont connect to the motherboard, so you have to use molex unless you buy an extension.
