Just wondering if I should concern myself about this. I have my 965 BE Vcore set to 1.45 and it is overclocked to 3.8. My question is that while running prime 95 I only get a Vcore reading from 1.392 to 1.416 in Hwinfo and in CPU-Z. Also, the ASRock mobo utility reads about 1.400 on the Vcore. Temps are nice and cool with an average of 48c and a max of 51c after 2 hours of Prime 95 with no errors. But I am just confused as to why the Vcore is not at 1.45. I mean lower is better right? Is this even an issue?

Solution
its normal. setting a voltage going into the cpu can, and normally does differ, from the voltage read by sensors. Also, under load, it is normal for the voltage to drop. how much it drops can be caused by poor vrm's (or too much heat) on the motherboard, or other bios voltage offset settings. It will differ from board to board, and cpu to cpu.
