hi, i changed my computer recently because my old one just broke out of my own stupidity. i had an i7-4770 no graphics cards and it worked like a charm i tried to put the processor on his maximum charge; never could this stuff could never get higher than 50% its too op i guess. so when i bought the new computer i got the 4770k version so i tried it out without a graphic card again and bang 90% of cpu use for skyrim on low, is there a way i can fix this?
