My pc specs
i7 4770k
evga gtx 780 sc
MSI z87 g45 gaming mobo
16 gb ddr3 ram
h60 cpu cooler
4 fans
1tb hdd
120gb sdd
1 dvd drive
i feel as though 650 isnt enough head room for what i have. The last thing i want is to fry my computer right off the bat. Any help would be great. This is my first build and I am subject to some insight. THANKS

650w from a good manufacturer will be ok. I would personally prefer 750, or 850 if you could afford it...for SLI and OC potential in the future. Corsair/Seasonic/Roswill make great PSUs

The one i am looking at currently is an antec tp-750c 750w psu. Now oc is something i will do in the future but probably not right off the bat but would 750 be enough headroom? Id only oc the cpu though.

750w from Antec will def be safe, even with a CPU OC. Grats mate, enjoy!
