Turning System On and Off Causing Damage?

I just built a new system, and to help identify some issues I was having with it I had to turn it off and on relatively quickly (every 1-5 minutes) to fix/find the problem. I maybe did this 10-15 times, in groups of 5 turn off's and on's. Do you think this could have potentially harmed my new hardware? Thanks for the input

I don't see why anything bad would happen - I did it a lot myself a few weeks ago (got a virus that stopped my computer from booting, until I got into safe mode haha), and it all works fine still.

If that's the only risk involved then I'm good with that haha I just didn't want to physically damage me components like the motherboard CPU gpu or anything
