Hello,

I have an HIS Radeon HD 6790 and two VGA monitors.
The main monitor is connected via a VGA-DVI-I converter, however
the other DVI port is a DVI-D so I can't get a converter for that.

Would There be any way for me to VGA dual monitor on this card?
If not are there any higher end cards (PCIe X16) that would allow for dual
VGA at least through two DVI-I dual link ports? I have had no lucking finding one.

If needed my MoBo is a GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2P

Thank you very much for your time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

==Edit==

I feel a bit foolish but it seems one of my monitors does indeed have a DVI port...
I spent so much time fumbling with the graphics card I seem to have forgotten the monitors aren't
actually that old.

I apologize for wasting anyone's time.
Off to buy a DVI cable...

Thank you, and again I apologize.

Hello... it seem all new cards are only having one VGA signal or none available now... The display is so much better now with Digital... time to move up... Check your local Sales and local computer re-cycler shops for LOW cost DVI cables and monitors... After all the information is Digital on your computer, why try to convert it to analog?
Hello... the only difference between DVI-D and DVD-I is the Width of the horizontal Ground connector, but My Nvidia cards have the Wider Slot on both the DVD-D and DVD-I sockets, thus I can DVI-I both Slots... the above example shows a wide horizontal socket too!!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface
Are you sure you can't do this? Or just ASSUMING? o_O it is possiable to not have analog VGA available at the socket locations.

I thought VGA to DVI-D was impossible because DVI-D is purely digital.
I can't seem to find any adapters that are customer reviewed as working for this reason.

And aren't the 4 pins missing around the ground the analog pins as the wiki page shows?

I just can't imagine it working for me if it doesn't for the majority of others.
