My pc turns on then after like 3 seconds it turns off ive checked the power supply its good. I reset the cpu and took the mother board out layed it on catdboard and tested the bare minimum all with the same outcome I even tried a different case . Help please!

reseat all power cable from your psu to your motherboard, and make sure all of your cable plugged tight..
if it's not working, check your psu outside the case with (very) famous paper clip method..
if it turn on, then your psu is fine..
