The Mpower but not by much pretty equal in features, both upper class boards.

The only difference between the two is the GD65 has DVI and VGA while the other does not.
Both are the same so it doesn't matter which one you pic.
Get the M Power because you get free 1x 4GB of G.skill ripjaw X 1866 ram!

The Z87 board I would buy Asus Maximus VI Hero http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131989 Like I say I would buy as personal preference, ROG board with all the OC features you would need.
