For an all around rig, your system build is good one - should be happy with it, I'd kick the DRAM up to 1866 or 2133, otherwise looks good ;)

Give me a reason as to why it's "better" this computer is more than just for gaming and the games I play will be 100% fine at max settings with a 770..

Well without saying that there is no way for anyone to know its more than for gaming, the title says "Beast Gaming Computer" so im assuming its just a gaming computer. Even if you are doing other intensive things i doubt its anything that would require a 4820k.

Yes sorry, I did not say that. But in all reality I would prefer a more well rounded computer with more than just a 700 dollar g-card so instead I think having a better motherboard and CPU is a better option.
