$110 PCI Express 3.0 motherboard

I have already picked out the GPU which will be the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB OC

This is my current rig plus the 7850 http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Rustywasp/saved/34Eu Please pick a motherboard compatible with the case and I don't care if it is $25 over my $110 but I would rather not go over $25 unless I really have no choice.

I have a intel duo core e6850 (pcpartpicker doesn't show it)

Socket 775 does not support PCIe 3.0
That video card is backwards compatible with PCIe 2.0

Yes both cards are backwards compatible with PCIe 2.0

I was about to suggest a R9-280x, which is basically a rebadge HD7970 GHz Edition, with a slightly slower clock, and it has a price tag of
around $300. But as of right now, the price seem to have sky rocket to $380! At that price, might as well get a R9-290.

Yeah but what I am getting the 7950 for is mining litecoins and gaming. Also the 7950 as the best kh/s for watts so I can mine faster and more efficient. So I guess you can call me an internet dwarf.

Then your gpu sends in the answer to this encrypted algorithm and you get a share of a block. When the block is all mined you get paid for the amount of shares that you have in that block. You get paid a tiny little fraction of a litecoin and so does everyone else. Then you can sell these litecoins on an exchange for money or other crypto currencies if it looks to have a big jump. It doesn't seem like much but if you have the right setup you can make a decent amount of money. Currently with my gpu I get 135kh/s (the speed you answer algorithms) that will give me $1.68 a day $12.04 a week $52 a month and $626 a year. But people have 4 7950's and they get around 650kh/s each card. So they would make around $33.04 a day $231 a week $990 a month and $12045 if mined 24/7, 365 days of the year. Of course something may happen so it might lose them $500 or $1000 or even $2000.
