So I posted here earlier and got a lot of help from people, and if anyone can review this for me and give their input, it would be greatly appreciated :)
(already have HDD, Optical Drive, and OS)

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/beard74/saved/34Ef

now i want to play games like: Skyrim, Crysis 2 or 3, Tomb Raider, Amnesia, Fallout 3, WoW, Company of Heroes, and BF4 on medium-high settings (i have a 1080 resolution screen)

Also can anyone maybe recommend a cheaper case , needs to have usb 3.0 and if possible, 2-4 fans already in the case

it seem like you are not going for overclocking ( looking at cpu and mobo chosen), so you dont need a cpu cooler with this build

also throw some light your budget
-you dont really need 1833 mhz ram , so i cut it down to 1600 mhz
-case changed with usb3.0 and a good outflow and open space room.
-psu to additional 50w of xfx pro series 550w
-for gpu R9 270 is outperformer , 270x is all the way to win

yeah i would agree with you , a FX 8320 is much better choice for gaming PC though at not high budget..
if you have open budget you can go for Intel for sure!

@bearman74 well a R9 270x is a very decent GPU doing great in performing at 400fps in average at high settings with gameslike BF4 etc.. @ 1080p exactly.
though for CPUs you may want to revert to AMD side

I have been looking, and it seems that INTEL is usually faster and the AMD 8320 has some heating issues.
(also can you suggest a mobo to go with the AMD)

Thankyou for this :) but one more quick question!
I have heard INTEL is usually faster, and that that cpu has heating problems.. is that true? if so, could i just get a cpu cooler and be fine?

Well the stock cooler is fine unless you over clock, Intel is usually faster, but the AMD is on par with the Intel processors at much cheaper price.. Also the newer games/softwares are starting to utilize 8 cores(there is an speculation that most of the new games will be optimized for 8 weak cores rather 4 strong cores because the consoles have 8 weak cores). Ive put a cooler master hyper 212 plus in there anyways so there wont be much heat problems :)

Nice build but you dont need a 990FX mobo , it is genrally prefered if you going for high level of OC and to support
Nvidia's SLI feature! so you should go for a Asus m5A97 LE r2.0
ALSO to OP,
yes Intel is cooler than AMD and do better power consumption but AMD on other hand will heat up at any more than little overclocking. It doesnt heat up at stock values.
You can do a bit of OC with intel stock cooler but not with AMD's (though by some 0.2ghz)

for OC in AMD you do need a extra CPU Cooler one decent one is Hyper 212 EVO
and i would like to tel lyou the above build posted is very nice as it has a new high end GPU R9 280x with a good combination of CPU though only mobo need to be changed to a Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
