Is THIS any good for gaming?

If not can someone build a nice gaming pc on pcpartpicker that includes dvd player and wifi adapter for under 500? (also lowest shipping possible)

Most 7850s are out of stock so the Powercolor one should do, it'd also be a good idea to add a CPU cooler
