This has been happening for a while, I don't know what causes it and never notice it happen when it does but sometimes my screen will move off-center and there will be a border of black pixels because of my screen moving.
Pressing the monitor options button will fix it and make it go back to the correct placement but eventually at random it will go off-center again.
Is there some way to fix/find out what is going on?

I recorded my screen while doing stuff and it seemed to move every couple minutes.

The video shows the screen moving across to the right, if you watch the scrollbar arrow, you'll see it move across a couple of times. (This sped up quite a bit.)
