YES.! this is my favourite AM3+ motherboard till now.
It is very good motherboard at its price point.
it is also good for overclocking and specially this motherboard has 2 x PCIe x16 slots running at x16 that means if you're going to crossfire or SLI your GPU then it will give the better performence than any other crossfire or SLI on other motherboard at this price.

It is a personal opinion! The GB works great for many there have they been issues (overheating and VRM's) with revision 3 boards but none reported for revision 4 which is the latest. In the last month I remember somebody posting here complaining about getting rev 3 (old stock) when assured by the seller he was getting the latest!

The 3 boards you list are different class boards usually the higher you go the better OC boards they become because of better power regulation. Revision is Gigabytes way of fixing hardware bugs with their boards so if they find something they will fix it with a new revision of the board but you are still stuck with the old one if you bought it.
So list me the best ud3 990fx with the best revision. I need fx 6300 compatibility and possibly newer ones. I need good ovc and I need good pcie slots. The board I have right now is garbage and you cant ovc and only 1 pcie 2.0 slot.
I probably wont upgrade my Computer with a new motherboard to Overclock Might just leave my computer how it is. Fx 6300 and 8gb ram and gtx 560 ti. Seems like a good Beginner build. Next build might either be newer either Vishera or Intel
