I just bought a new Sapphire Readeon R7 260X GPU and a new Corsair CX750 power supply. Whenever I try and install it, neither that nor the integrated graphics (Intel HD 2000) work. It's just a black screen. I see where people do exactly what I do, but when they go to manually installing the card and turning it back on, its not a black screen for them. When I take out the graphics card, by going through the trouble of taking the case off, taking out the card, and putting the case back on, I can see my login screen again, even though I disabled the integrated graphics.(Not from BIOS, just the device manager) I've done everything right I thought. Please tell me what I did wrong. I hope it wasn't just a waste of $260...

My specs are-
Product number: H3Y79AA
Motherboard: Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua)
Processor: Intel Core i3 2130
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 8.0

Yea. My monitor has a DVI and VGA port, but no HDMI. I used a VGA cord with a DVI adapter when I was just using the Intel HD 2000 and I tried it on the 260X, nothing. So I tried a DVI to HDMI, nothing. Every possible connection did nothing. And yeah, everything's connected. In the begging I was confused becuase the 260X came with a cord ( http://images.highspeedbackbone.net/skuimages/large/ULT33192-main-sp.jpg ) But I just plugged the power supply directly into it because I've switched back and fourth with no luck. The fan is spinning and everything.

If this helps, I can't do ANYTHING while the card is in. For some reason, no matter what port it's in, the screen is black. Black like its connected but the power is off on the computer, because the "PLEASE CHECK SIGNAL" doesn't show up. I know I'm supposed to install the drivers while the card is in but I can't because I can't see anything!
