Looks good. Except I would go for a 7200RPM HDD

if its for gaming, 16gig of ram is overkill (nothing wrong with it thou). 8gig (4gx2) is fine.

if you want to save a few more bucks, you can step down to a 4670k.

and since you have a "K" cpu, im assuming you will want to overclock, so i would recommend a decent cpu cooler. I prefer noctua, but theres other cheaper solutions as well.

also, why a micro atx motherboard? nothing wrong with that, just less expansion is all.

Yes, I agree with dashwillhelm. You could keep mATX motherboad or take ATX. It doesn matter. If you will OC than take ATX case. Better airflow, more expandability. If you wont OC at all you could keep same components but change from i7 4770k to 4770. Totaly same but non-k version has locked multiplier. If you won't OC you wont see difference. If you will not 3D edit or multitask while gaming 8gb is fine. Be sure to take at least 1600mhz ram with good latency. And please take 7200rpm HDD. You will notice the difference.
