best gpu with my current psu

hello !
first time posting here , i need help in deciding which gpu should i buy. Iam having coolermaster thunder 500w, so i wanted to know which is the best psu for me.

my current specs.

i5 2500k
intel dh67bl motherboard
500gb hardisk
4gb ram
1440x900 resolution
PSU- coolermaster thunder 500w

amd 7770/7790 will be enough for gaming in that resolution ...
and your power supply will handle it with ease...

(however you have great processor and you are really wasting its potential
i would go for new full-hd screen , better quality power supply , another 4gb of ram
and something like gtx 760)...but of course it depends on your budget...

yes.but 280x is huge overkill for your resolution. stick with r9 270x or gtx 760

3. zotac gtx 760

and in psu department :

1. corsair cx 600w
2. corsair 500w

Zotac gtx 760 + corsair Gs 600w / seasonic s12 520w

CX models are entry level series from corsair.It is better you get GS or TX series or seasonic one is best
