If I shut down my pc, my computer restarts a few seconds later and during that few seconds, I have to press the power button to apparently finalize the turn off. Also, when I put windows 7 to sleep, the computer just wakes up again. In device manager, nothing is checked to wake up the pc. My bios are fully up to date. I really do not know what to do next...please help!

I can't give you the detailed way as I have a German Windows version. But if you go to the Device Manager and there you can find your network card (Realtek). Once you selected it, find the right tab in the settings and de-select "Device can wake-up PC". Worked for me with the same mainboard.
