Could I use the Corsair H80i as the back fan with push pull system. Pulling from inside the case and pushing out the back of the case with a 200mm fan setup in the top portion of the case.

Also could a 240mm rad fit in the top of the case? It has screws for two 120mm fans.

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Yeah, that's what push-pull means. If you only have a single fan, then you have to chose which side of the radiator to put it on, either pushing, or pulling. With two fans, one on either side, it's always in push-pull (or else they'd be working against each other).

The standard installation for an AIO unit like this is to put it on the rear exhaust section. It generally shouldn't clip the motherboard as the I/O panel is below it, and the motherboard shouldn't have any sections which extend that high.
There might be exceptions to this rule, especially on smaller cases, but on a standard mid/full tower, 99% of the time if it has a 120mm rear fan location, they will fit without issue.

1) I don't think you understand the term "push pull". It refers to having fans on either side of a radiator, pushing from one side, and pulling from another.

2) Your first question makes no sense. The H80i (and H55) is a 120mm radiator+fan(s) setup, so will attach to any case with support for 120mm fans (ie, all of them). Whether or not you can comformtably route the pipes and have enough clearances is going to be down to the case, but in the vast majority of circumstances, it'll fit to the rear exhaust fan which most cases have without issue.

3) Yes and no. Any case with provision for two 120mm fans installed flush against each other can theoretically install a 240mm radiator as the holes will line up. This doesn't take into consideration the fact that a 240mm radiator is always going to be significantly longer than 240mm, as it has the end sections and the extended section where the pipes enter. It would appear from a glance and a quick google that the Storm Enforcer is very tight in that area, so you will struggle to fit most (if any) 240m radiators in.

It seems I switched the push pull method around. I ment that the air from inside the case would be pushed as an intake toward the radiator and then pulled as an exhaust. Would that work?
