Blue screen appeared and my computer restarted.

As the title says a blue screen with weird letters appearedf and the system restarted.
Error Signature:

If it just happened once, it may be a glitch that's gone forever but if it refuses to start properly, restart and tap the Function 8 key to bring up the Advanced Boot menu.

From that, select "Disable automatic restart on system failure" then when the blue screen shows up it will have a more meaningful Stop Error message. Post back the numeric 0x0000?? and ANY_WORDS_JOINED_UP_ by underscores and someone will be able to help you.
