Some days ago i gave my friend my old msi hd4850, problem is he has 20-30 fps in games
on low settings with 1024x768(which is not normal AT ALL) and gpu-z, hwinfo32 and
the CCC Control panel in the amd overdrive section all of them show 0% gpu usage
it does not move on Furmark or any kind of game, i don't know whats wrong...
I Reinstalled his drivers, tried 13.1 whql, 13.4 and 13.9, he is running windows 7 32-bit.
Someone please give me an idea where to look because this is really frustrating..
