Would this have good airflow?

Using a Fractal Design Define R4 White with Window.

The two extra fans I would be adding would be the Fractal Design Silent Series 140mm.

Below is a diagram,

With the back I would be using a 120mm or 140mm AIO Cooler using the push pull method to exhaust air through the back of the system.

Would this setup I would be using have good enough airflow to keep the case at a good level of heat?

the define R4 is a good case. with good air flow. 1 of the best for the money. adding extra fans only makes it better.

Personally, I prefer a positive pressure layout so I'd leave one of the top fans out, cover its vent with a book and set the front fans to run faster than the top/rear so the system has a bit more in than out.

wouldnt make that much difference mate. the psu also acts as an extractor. so unless you know excatly what fans are pushing cfm wise its pretty dificult to be sure the system has a positive atmosphere.
i have 4 case fans blowing air into my antec 902 but its still negative pressure because the bigboy and psu fans extract more air than the inflow fans can push into it.
