My problem is that after I download any files whether musics, pictures or even software I can't open it. No error codes or messages. When it was downloaded it was just fine. But when I try to open it, nothing. I'm using Windows 7 Starter, Mozilla Firefox.

Are you saying you can't open the "Downloads" folder?

Try using System Restore, choose a date that precedes the date when the problem was first noticed:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

I had followed what you have suggested but nothing happen. I still can't open my files. When I clicked OPEN CONTAINING FOLDER, nothing came out. But it was just fine when I downloaded my files. It just that I can't open what's inside them. I still can open my "Downloads" folder.

This worked for me!

Right click your download folder (not the shortcut on the left)
Click properties
Go to customize
Select document from the drop down
If the document was already selected, choose "also apply template to all subfolders"
