Hi there,
I'm currently in the process of upgrading my Graphics Card from a HD 6670 to a HD 7870.
My HD 6670 works fine with a display every time I put it in but when I switched over to my HD 7870 I could hear the fans but I wasn't getting a display, not even when I was connected to my motherboards video display. The motherboards video display will work with and without the HD 6670 but it won't with the HD 7870 so I can't install the correct drivers for my new card.
To what I know, I have uninstalled the drivers of my old card so I can't see the problem being that. I have also upgrading my PSU to a Corsair CX750 so I know I have enough power to power it.
My motherboard is: http://uk.msi.com/product/mb/H61M-P31-W8.html
Can anyone help me out?
