I am gonna buy new desktop
I have selected some parts of my own

Intel core i7 3770 3.4GHz quad core
8gb ram
Cooler master 650 watt
MSI gtx 660 ti
1tb hard disk
Is this rig worth for high graphics game like ghosts battlefield 4???

If you are asking will it run those games, then yes it will. It will not run them at max. settings though. If you want to do that you would have to SLI that card or go to a 780, probably.
