Motherboard has no beep codes

Hi to all..
Hope you can help me..

My pc running smoothly last 2 weeks within last 4 days my pc reach cpu usage of 100%..

and now my pc has no beep code or display..and my proccessor is overheating...

my specs..
intel celeron 2.37ghz
1 gb memory
nvidia fx 5500 grapichs 258mb
gigabyte mobo socket 478
230 psu..

Are the fans of the PSu, GPU , and CPU cooler moving ? I think the problem lies with the PSU. Where did you get it from ?

Yes..sir the fans are all moving..my friend gave it to me because he's buying brand new computer set..

i tested the psu with a pin and it's working

I think the PSU is too weak. 230 watts is really little.

it is the processor or faulty heatsink..because it's overheating..?

That's possible. But this PC is really old and I think it has reached its retirement age. Give it a break. Keep the Case and optical drive , and build a newer better PC.
