Radeon R9 270 or 7870 Ghz Edition?

I am trying to decide which graphics card to get, and which one will give me more bang for the buck... Also which type (Sapphire, Asus, MSI, etc.) should I get? (First computer build)

try looking for this card 7870 XT Edition its very stronger card stronger than r9 270 or ghz edition
