I want to upgrade from my gigabyte E7500 duo to a quad suggestions?

Hi i run a ATI radeon HD 4600 series graphics card and want to upgrade to a quad core as I said already i have a E7500 duo what suggestions you guys got? and I dont want to break my bank on some series 8 gaming one, i just need to improve on what i have.

Refer to the Support and Downloads Tab and then select the CPU Support List Tab for processors that work with the motherboard.

You might find something in the used CPU market that you can afford.

G31M-ES2C I believe this is the motherboard. if not please tell me how to check other then dxdiag

also if you think I should just replace both my E7500 and motherboard say but keep in mind it needs to be compatiable with my G card because I will only be able to upgrade that later.
