I was a little concerned about your choice of Cases. Appears to be a couple version of the AeroCool, but if this is your case:

not sure that a GTX 780Ti will fit. Find one that suits your style where the hard drive cage is removable to allow space for 12 or 13 inch GPUs (for future expansion) Also, for the VERY highend components in the rest of the system, this is a pretty cheap case. I think a $200-->$300 case would be a better balanced choice here

PSU, too small for an SLI setup. Hey, your MB is ready for it, so I would go with more power so you won't have to replace the PSU should you feel the need to add a 2nd GTX 780Ti. Also, I'm a fan of Corsair, Antec, & Seasonic PSU for such a build go with 850watts MIN from one of these brands..

Corsair's AX1200i is Darks Grey/ Red, and I can attest, their PSUs are great.

Yeah AX1200i was the only model number I could remember. It was more to point you in the right direction. That said, PSUs are worth spending money on, one of the few components where you really do get what you pay for.
