Cant decide what i need :(

Hello community!
I was thinking of upgrading my pc a little bit for xmas, i only wanna buy 1 thing but im not sure what to get, its a little budget gaming PC, what i have now is:
Cooler master Cosmos S tower
i3 2120 3.3Ghz
H61M-USB3-B3 mobo
4gb of ram
GTX 295

So basically i was thinking of a new mobo maybe? as mine is a micro atx so i guess it isnt great, also its looks stupid in that huge cooler master case :p but that doesnt really matter, i dont have a lot of money, just something that would make my pc a bit better maybe as most of these thing asre outdated now.

When i play games my G15 shows that the cpu is pretty much never at its max, but the mobo will let everything pass information faster wont it? I cant really upgrade my CPU as they are quite expensive :( is there any GPUs that are not too expensive but better than mine? im not complaining about mine but its outdated, also doesnt support DX11

Sounds good! do you think it will 'suit' the rest of the specs? I looked at some i5s and im not sure which one to go for if i was to buy one so could you help me out? and would a new cpu help more than a new graphics card?

Thanks mate my XFX R7870 DD arrived today and its great! i can play farcry 3 on untra with no problems! Thanks again!
