The cpu hierarchy should be a list, instead of in groups

I don't agree with it anyway, some are better at other things than others. You'd have to get some set form of testing/benchmarking that could potentially be biased either way. Not all are designed to do the same thing either and will perform differently depending on the task/game.

It's difficult to quantify, especially between brands and CPU families. Hence why I just avoid it.

Joking .... basically, the CPU and GPU pages oversimplify to the point of being pretty useless.

Take the actual CPI recommendations - how can the FX6300 manage an honorable mention, but the FX8320 does not?

In fact it puts it lower than that, it puts it in a separate group altogether.

Based on the hierarchy, the 8320 is equivalent to

Core i7-980, -970, -960
